The Countess Tribute III

This is me, Eva. 
As my life is almost over.
My story is reaching its end. 

We stopped at the Guillotine that will become my final resting place.
I should have terrified
I stand still at the wooden platform while the guard tighten the straps to secure my body. 
I should have ran away
The guard lock my neck under the wooden stock. 


With a nod from Princess Anastasia. One by one, our head is separated from our body. 
"Thank you Ivanna." 
"Thank you Marianne."
"Thank you  ..... " 
Princess lift our head and help us close our eyes to sleep. 

The girl next to me look at me and she smile, before she got herself beheaded
I should have screamed
But Mistress know exactly what we want 
She know us too well 
Even when we never admit to ourselves 

Suddenly i was freed. I swim on the pool of blood next to Princess Anastasia.
I look at her, she look back at me with a smile,
She rub my lips and says
"Thank you Evangeline." 
before she put my eyes to sleep.
