1) Describe your very first time tied up?
Well, I flew out to work with Dominic Wolfe. It was pretty intense. I remember Roy Hobbs asking me not to let this be my first bondage experience because he was afraid that it would be my first and only bondage shoot and it probably would have been if Roy didn't beg me to come to Connecticut when I got back to the east coast to show me that all bondage people aren't so intense. The funny thing is that Dominic took it easy on me so he said because I had a cold at the time lol so the packing was a bit less than his normal. I believe we planned to do 8 sets and I think we got through three. It was pretty intense.
2) You don't shoot nudes or topless and yet you are very successful and popular with your fans. Why do you think that is?
I think it’s because I'm honest. Also, as some people joke, you can tell I don't really like to be tied up lol sorry guys But as a damsel, so I'm told, it really shows, which I guess can be a good thing. It’s not real asking when I'm like “let me go.” It’s me just me. I really just want out of the ropes :} That and, well, the way I look I'm sure doesn’t hurt.
3) How did you become involved in the sleepy fetish? Why do you think that fetish appeals to so many people?
Just as a casting I saw on Craigslist -- looking for a girl that can act sleepy in her pj's. I was like “I can do that.” I think it appeals to a lot of people because it’s not just sleepy fetish. There is a DID element in it and, at least on my site sleepysoles.com, I have pantyhose, sleepy , DID, over the shoulder carries, costumes, super heroes and other fetishes mixed in with the sleepy.
4) Is your family supportive of your bondage modeling?
Well my mother was scared at first but now everyone has gotten to know the community and they are very supportive. They have realized that I'm very well taken care of by the people I choose to work with.
5) The first time I met you, a bunch of elderly religious women were touching your blue latex outfit. How did that come about? What questions, if any, did they ask you and how did you respond to them?
It’s funny you remember this, Rob :} Actually they were super cute. The old ladies were like did you have to use a lot of baby powder to get that on? And then they told me about how they used to wear dresses like that when they were young. They were really nice and accepting.
6) Are you very selective about with whom you work? How do you decide who to model for or with?
I am pretty selective. It’s a matter of who will work with my limits. I find any thing that will truly hurt my body is not worth the money. Plus the nudity thing.
7) Have you, at any time in your modeling career, ever felt exploited? How did you handle it?Well not really. I mean it’s sorta part of the job you sign up for I think.
8) What do you think are the best and worst aspects of the adult industry?
The best I think is the variety of people you meet on an every day basis. I've met so many people who I would have never met otherwise, including my husband, just by random chance, which was just a weird random chance that the universe brought us together. The worst is the perception by others of what you do. People always assume what you’re doing is like hardcore porn the second you say fetish. I like to think I do adult novelty, not that there’s anything wrong with porn. It’s just what I label what I do.
9) How does the bondage modeling industry compare now to how it was when you began your career as a bondage model?
Well, that’s complicated. Honestly, I think the older generation of producers has way more respect for the models. I think these young producers have a lot to learn from their seniors on that subject, but that’s all I’ll say on that
10) Out of all the bondage shoots you've done, which was the most memorable? And which was the most fun?
I would say all my shoots with Jon Woods have all been pretty fun. It’s always something new. Once he made me into a human kittycat and had me meow instead of mmhfff, like I was stuck in a ball of yarn lol I can't say anyone else does stuff like that. To him it’s all about fun and less about the amount of content shot.
11) Is there a shoot you have not done yet that is on your "bucket list"? If yes, please tell us what it is.
I can't say there is lol Sorry. Maybe just some high fashion type of latex fetish stuff that would be fun.
12) How did you decide to become a producer of fetish content as opposed to just a model for fetish content?
Well that’s easy. It gave me more independence with the cash flow to decide who I wanted to work with otherwise. I also felt that I could make great content better than a lot that was out there at the time.
13) What else do you want your fans to know about you and your work?
That I'm always open to ideas and never be afraid to approach me with ideas :} I'm the most honest model you'll ever meet so I'm always open to people asking questions.
And, now that I just posted my most recent story, my first Denise story is coming next!!! Hope you have a very Happy New Year!
But she has stuck to it. I know one other model who set that limit and had one producer get her to change her mind. Once those images surfaced, everyone wanted her to shoot topless, but, to her credit, she realized that she made a mistake with that one shoot and, as far as I know, she never failed to stick to her limits after that one time. And it isn't easy to stick to the limits either when producers offer you lots of money to shelf those limits. But, you have to admire a person who DOES stick to those limits!
She's also a former NYC girl
When I joined dA, and when I started dating, I made sure to draw lines in the sand. As time moves on, I'm finding it much more difficult to keep behind those lines, but you really learn who respects your decisions through them, and ultimately, I think it really is the best decision I've made.
